company, founded in December 2002, employs an integrated management

Our
success comes from our experience. Blitz founder Joseph Ramos,
a veteran consumer/ mortgage finance industry executive, served
as Vice President of AVCO Finance and later President of
Associates Financial Services, Puerto Rico / Costa Rica, where
he managed more than 45 branches and more than 300 employees.
Later, he joined JER Revenue Services as the manager of Puerto
Rico, where he helped establish the first centralized tax
collection operation on the island. More than $150 million was
collected through these efforts. |
