Joe Ramos has more than 30 years experience as a senior executive in the consumer loan industry. Before founding Blitz in 2002, Mr. Ramos worked for JER Revenue Services, a company that was contracted by the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico to handle debt recovery. Prior to that, Mr. Ramos worked for 10 years as president in Puerto Rico of Associates Finance and for 13 years with Avco Finance in New Jersey and in Puerto Rico as vice president of operations. Ms. Loper has a broad base of management experience, with strong
administrative and multi-task skills. Before joining Blitz, she
worked at Pulmonary Diagnostics Inc., where she was responsible for
overseeing and assuring compliance with all federal regulations. She
also worked at Roalca Construction were she was responsible for the
daily management of the office and all projects.
Mr. Hernandez has more than five years experience in the Collection Industry. He is responsible for development of our collection strategies, technical infrastructure, communications and reports. He has worked with various vendors and resources to develop Blitz’s efficient platform which has led to improved collection rates.
Mrs. Maldonado has more than 15 years experience in the areas of Human Resource Management and Administration. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources’ management; and to ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws as applicable. As Executive Assistant she provides support to the President’s office and the management team.
